linking NCsoft account to Guild wars account - help please - Guild Wars Forums

So I bought Guild Wars trilogy from steam and entered my serial code. It asks me to link my accounts, how do I know if I have a guild wars account or where do I make it? if I click create account in the guild wars client it asks for a access key, is that the serial code? cause last time I got guild wars it got screwed up and said I couldnt play anymore with my account and I entered my serial code in the access key. I am soo confused, why cant NCsoft go to a more simple system. (you dont have to answer that last sentence).

well the system is actualy pretty simple.4

i am not familliar with the trilogy thingie since i bought all games separately but in general here is how it whould work.

if you got one key (for trilogy) you just create a new account and the only key it should ask for is the game activation key (or serial key, security code w/e you wanna call it).

if you got a key for each of the 3 campaigns then you create an account as described above but only use one key ( doesn't matter which one). after that, you log into that account, c??icl "edit account" button in lower left corner, tick off "manage access keys" and click next then you click on "add key" button. do that for each of your remaining 2 serial keys and voila you have an account with 3 games attached to it.

i hope that covers your issue since i didn't really gather much info on your problem from your post ("got messed up" is a pretty poor description of your problem
